This platform is intended for individual sale to orchid enthusiasts. For those wishing to purchase from RoLin Orchids in large amounts or multiple quantities for wholesale please contact us directly via email.

RoLin Orchids reserves the right to cancel and reverse orders at any time if you are found to have breached these conditions or due to weather abnormalities (ie. extreme heat). 

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before making any purchases through the website to ensure everything is understood, accepted and we are all on the same page.

If you find you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the Website.

RoLin Orchids reserve the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions displayed here (inc. Privacy Policy) at any time.  Notifications will be made on the website if we choose to do so. RoLin Orchids have security methods and systems in place to ensure that your information held by us will only be used by RoLin Orchids and for the purposes stated being purchase of products or information about RoLin Orchids where you have indicated you would like to hear from us.  We will ensure not to disclose any unauthorised personal information or entity as much as is in our control.

Please note your information can only be stored if you indicate you would like this option on purchase or through signing up to our email distribution of upcoming shows we will be attending. Please ensure your information is up to date and accurate so as we can make sure goods and services are distributed to the correct party.

Release of Information

RoLin Orchids will only release information when authorised by you/entity involved or required by law. 

We will not release information for any purpose other than the instants listed above. And we will not share information to any third party or spam organisations in accordance with our privacy policy and Australia regulations.

As in the Privacy Act legislation states our customers have the right to ask for any information we hold and to have any discrepancies corrected. We will provide this information in the required timeframe by the Privacy Act legislation of fourteen (14) days from receiving your request. We hold the right ask that you to verify your identity in order to maintain security of customer information as per your request.

Returns of Damaged or Defective Goods

RoLin Orchids will determine the eligibility all returns of Damaged or Defective Goods individually as per the Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services. We will not accept returns due to change of mind or if you make the wrong choice of purchase unless due to our mistake or technical error of information on our end.

By using our website you acknowledge items displayed on the Website may not reflect the actual product of such items as this may be affected by the image quality, date of supplied image vs arrival to the purchaser as RoLin Orchids are a living organism we cannot guarantee the likeness to the images taken. If this may be of issue to you we would recommend you contact us before making a purchase.
